Bio-Sauna - 60 ° C, semi-dry with herbal aromas and chromotherapy

This semi-dry sauna with medicinal plants allows a comfortable and long stay because of its gentle humidity. The effects of this sauna treatments are, muscle relaxation, detoxification - because of strong perspiration. The gentle healing steam from the essence of medicinal herbs strengthens the respiratory system, the heart and blood vessels.

Steam sauna - 50°C, 100% humidity

Steam sauna has a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius and 100% humidity. It reduces muscle tension, promoting relaxation and general well-being. The heat helps improve circulation and, of course, promotes sweating, which opens up the pores and cleanses the skin.

Finnish Sauna - 90-100 ° C, dry

The dry Finnish sauna has a temperature of 90 degrees to 100 degrees Celsius and 10% humidity. Finnish Saunas are most effective against stress and can definitely be recommended  to all those who  wish to improve their overall well-being and relaxation of body and spirit. The Finnish sauna is especially recommended for athletes after strenuous activity for rapid detoxification and fast recovery. The coloured light effects intensively aid mental relaxation.

Ice Cave with Siberian sky - 8 -12 ° C

In the Ice Cave  with a temperature of 8-12 ° C  the body is cooled and open pores are closed after leaving the sauna. Upon entering the cabin, one walks and occasionally pours cold water on oneself or rubs the body with crushed ice. It is recommended that one enters the cave with a sheet on which one can sit after walking.

Laconium Roman sauna - 37 ° C, mild and dry

A dry Roman dry sauna with a moderate temperature of up to 40 ° C, heated walls, a hot bench and a  starry sky for chromotherapy. A stay in the cabin gently tones and relaxes and successfully reduces stress. It is most often used as a preparation for the "stronger” sauna treatments.
