Bio-Sauna - 60 ° C, semi-dry with herbal aromas and chromotherapy

This semi-dry sauna with medicinal plants allows a comfortable and long stay because of its gentle humidity. The effects of this sauna treatments are, muscle relaxation, detoxification - because of strong perspiration. The gentle healing steam from the essence of medicinal herbs strengthens the respiratory system, the heart and blood vessels.

Steam sauna - 50°C, 100% humidity

Steam sauna has a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius and 100% humidity. It reduces muscle tension, promoting relaxation and general well-being. The heat helps improve circulation and, of course, promotes sweating, which opens up the pores and cleanses the skin.

Finnish Sauna - 90-100 ° C, dry

The dry Finnish sauna has a temperature of 90 degrees to 100 degrees Celsius and 10% humidity.
