Healthness retreat with cardiac examinations, ultrasounds and diagnostics under the supervision of cardiologists and internal medicine specialists.

The package includes:

Child from 5 to 11,99 years on a basic bed accompanied by 1 adult – 30% off.
Children from 12 years and adults on an extra bed – 20% off.
Child up to 11.99 years on a bed in Family apartment accompanied by 2 adults – 10%.

Pets

Pets are allowed in the resort, except in the Falat restaurant, the Quelle restaurant and the pool and wellness complex. Pets up to 20 kg are allowed in the hotel. Pet accommodation is €18 per animal per night. Pets are allowed in the apartments. Accommodation of a pet in the apartments is €14 per animal per night. Prior request for pet accommodation is required.

Cancellation policy

The reservation is considered confirmed upon guarantee by credit card or receipt of a confirmation of payment / deposit of 30% of the amount of the reservation, and on this basis a document “confirmation of the reservation” is issued.
We hold the confirmed reservation until midnight on the day of arrival, after which the room will be released for sale.
The reservation can be canceled online without cancellation costs up to 2 days before the start of the service.
In case of a “No show” or shortening of the stay, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 2 days before the start of the service, the cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of 100% of the reservation.
The deposit is not charged in the case of a credit card guarantee.

The World of Saunas includes the use of saunas and the pool located in The World of Saunas and is charged extra according to the regular price list. The World of saunas is used as a nudist zone, except during Family Wellness working hours. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the World of Saunas, except during the Family Wellness working hours.
